When we receive your order, we will create the design and e-mail you a digital proof through ETSY messages for approval within 48 hours.
Production time begins once proof has been approved by you.
If we do not receive a response from you within 72 hours, we will start production.
Once production has started, unfortunately no further changes can be made.
Please note that due to colour differences in computer & phone monitors, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown.
