Return Policy Info
As all of the pieces are made to order we cannot accept returns on the basis that the item is no longer wanted. We can only process returns should the piece be defective, however we ensure any piece that is despatched passes all quality checks. If your item arrives damaged/defective please contact us immediately.
During the creation of your bespoke piece, you will be consulted every step of the way and a digital sample will be sent to you via email before it is embroidered, so you will know exactly what the piece will look like.
